Qatar Energy signed a deal with Eni on Sunday on the Gulf
Arab state's North Field East expansion, the world's largest

In other news, Eni announced it had introduced gas into
Coral Sul, the Floating Liquefied Natural Gas (FLNG) plant off
the coast of Mozambique. It said it was now preparing to produce
the first LNG cargo in the second half of 2022.

Francesco Caltagirone's holding in Generali falls to around
7.45% after he cedes some 2.5% of the company by exercising a
derivative contract that expired on June 17. However, he might
already be rebuilding his stake in the insurer, La Repubblica
and Il Sole 24 Ore newspapers report on Saturday.

Fondazione CRT banking foundation said on Friday it has sold
a 0.15% stake in Atlantia and would tender its remaining 4.39%
stake to the takeover bid Italy's Benetton family and Blackstone
