BANKS, PAYMENT FIRMS
Italian retailers, banks and payment firms have agreed to
cut fees on small-sized card payments as demanded by the
government, sources familiar with the matter said, but now want
assurances from the Antitrust body that the deal does not harm
competition.
UNICREDIT CRDI.MI
UniCredit has been trimming the proportion of Amundi funds
in its total assets under management as a decade-long deal
between the companies enters its final years, a person close to
the matter said, the latest sign it may not be renewed.
JUVENTUS JUVE.MI
Juventus will pay a fine of 718,000 euros and not challenge
a 10-point penalty in a settlement reached on Tuesday with
Italy's soccer authorities over payments to players and the
club's accounts.
