The following factors could affect Italian markets on Tuesday.

    ECONOMY
    Bank of Italy releases September data on public finances,
state borrowing and debt.
    Italy sold 3.18 billion euros ($3.29 billion) of its latest
'BTP Italia' inflation-linked bond to retail investors on
Monday, the first day of its offering, Bourse data showed.
    DEBT
    Treasury continues offer of new 6-year BTP Italia bond
reserved to retail investors, ends on Nov. 16; subject to early
closure.
    COMPANIES
    INTESA SANPAOLO  ISP.MI , NEXI  NEXII.MI 
    The bank said on Monday it was selling its entire stake in
Nexi, which is equivalent to up to 5.1% of the payments group's
capital.
    TELECOM ITALIA (TIM)  TLIT.MI 
    Italy's new government wants to bring TIM's network under
state control to speed up the digitalization of the economy,
Industry Minister Adolfo Urso said on Monday.
