Council meeting on Thursday and Friday (0800 GMT); speech

    ECONOMY
    ECB releases September data on Italian banks domestic
government bond holdings (0800 GMT).
    
    DEBT
    Italy will offer financial incentives to retail buyers of
the country's sovereign bonds, a draft of the 2024 budget showed
on Tuesday, as the government seeks to boost domestic holdings
of its 2.84 trillion euro ($3.02 trillion) public debt.
    Treasury sells 2.0-2.5 billion euros 3.60% BTP Short bonds
due Sept. 29, 2025 and 1.0-1.5 billion euros 1.50% BTPei bonds
due May 15, 2029. Subscriptions close at 0900 GMT.

    STELLANTIS  STLAM.MI 
    Franco-Italian automaker Stellantis said on Tuesday it
planned a joint venture with French nuclear fuels firm Orano to
recycle used electric vehicle batteries and scrap materials from
its gigafactories in Europe and North America.
    
    UNICREDIT  CRDI.MI 
    The lender intends to increase the fees it generates from
selling investment funds, the Italian bank's CEO said on
Tuesday, and is working to "rebalance" a deal with French
partner Amundi to achieve its aim.

    The phone group's top investor Vivendi is ready to challenge
