** Co posts Q4 net revenue of $2.84 billion, beating
analysts' avg. expectations of $2.77 billion, according to data
compiled by LSEG
** Co reports Q4 earnings of $3.22 per share, excluding
items, above estimates of $2.90
** "Through our best-in-class execution, we grew revenue,
expanded margins, and maintained a strong balance sheet," CFO
Todd Fister says
** OC stock rose 14.9% in 2024
