 * Says entered into two separate subscription agreements with Low See Ching ("Mr Low") and Poh Chew Hua Christine 
 * Pursuant to subscription agreements, subscribers agreed to subscribe for bonds in aggregate principal amount of S$4.5 million 
 * Says entered into two separate option deeds with the subscribers 
 * Says pursuant to options agreement co granted e subscribers total of 33.8 million share options
