2022 Annual Report and Accounts

London, UK - 28 April 2023: Oxford Biomedica plc (LSE:OXB) ("Oxford
Biomedica", "the Company" or "the Group"), a quality and innovation-led viral
vector CDMO, gives notice that the 2022 Annual report and accounts is now
available on the "Investors" section of the Group's website at www.oxb.com. In
accordance with Listing rule 9.6.1, the 2022 Annual report and accounts has
also been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority for publication through
the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
