2025 Annual General Meeting notification
Oxford, UK - 28 April 2025: OXB (LSE: OXB), a global quality and
innovation-led cell and gene therapy CDMO, gives notice that the Notice of
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") together with a copy of the 2024 Annual report
and accounts are being sent to shareholders today. These documents are
available on the "Investors" section of the Group's website at www.oxb.com

In accordance with UK Listing rule 14.3.6R, a copy of the Notice of AGM has
been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority for publication through the
National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at

to hold its AGM on Wednesday 11 June 2025 at its offices at Windrush Court,
