Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker

Oxford, UK - 15 February 2024: Oxford Biomedica plc (LSE:OXB) ("Oxford
Biomedica" or "the Company"), a quality and innovation-led cell and gene
therapy CDMO, today announces the appointment of RBC Capital Markets as the
Company's joint corporate broker, to work alongside J.P.Morgan Cazenove, with
immediate effect.
