Block listing Application
Oxford, UK - 12 December 2016: Oxford BioMedica plc ("OXB" or "the Group") (LSE: OXB), a leading gene and cell therapy group, announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for (i) admission to the Premium segment of the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 10 million ordinary shares of 1 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares").
The Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued from time to time pursuant to the Oxford BioMedica 2015 Deferred Bonus Plan.
It is expected that admission of the Ordinary Shares will become effective on 15 December 2016. The Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Group's existing ordinary shares in issue.
