Oxford, UK - 11 July 2017:Oxford BioMedica plc ("Oxford BioMedica" or "the Company") (LSE: OXB), a leading gene and cell therapy group, was informed that on 10 July 2017 Andrew Heath, a non-executive director, sold part of his directly-held shareholdings in the Company and reinvested the proceeds in ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to be held in an Individual Savings Account ("ISA") as follows:
