Oxford, UK - 18 July 2017:Oxford BioMedica plc ("Oxford BioMedica" or "the Company") (LSE: OXB), a leading gene and cell therapy group, was informed that on 14 July 2017 James Miskin, Chief Technical Officer, exercised 930,000 options at 1p and sold all of the resulting shares at 8.1p. Following this transaction he holds 7,104,836 options and no shares in the company.
The issued share capital of the Company is 3,094,999,848 1p ordinary shares.
