OXB Directorship notification under UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R(2)

Oxford, UK - 2 July 2025: OXB (LSE: OXB), a global quality and innovation-led
cell and gene therapy CDMO, today announces that Mr. Colin Bond, Independent
Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Additional Director
(Non-Executive, Independent) of OneSource Specialty Pharma Limited, a company
listed at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and Bombay Stock
Exchange Limited (BSE), subject to the approval of the shareholders by way of
special resolution expected to be announced on or around 1 August 2025.
