Notice of Preliminary Results

Oxford, UK - 4 April 2022: Oxford Biomedica plc (LSE:OXB) ("Oxford Biomedica"
or "the Company"), a leading gene and cell therapy group, will be announcing
its preliminary results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2021 on
Wednesday 20 April 2022.

Roch Doliveux, Chair and Interim Chief Executive Officer, Stuart Paynter,
Chief Financial Officer, and Kyriacos Mitrophanous, Chief Scientific Officer,
will host a virtual briefing and Q&A session for analysts at 13.00 BST /
08.00 ET on the day of results. The presentation and webcast details will be
