Oxford, UK - 21 May 2021: Oxford Biomedica plc ("Oxford Biomedica" or "the Group") (LSE: OXB), a leading gene and cell therapy group, was informed on 20 May 2021, that Dr. Kyriacos Mitrophanous, Chief Scientific Officer of the Group, exercised 25,000 LTIP (2014) options at nil cost, and sold all the resulting ordinary shares at 1096.9p per share. Following this transaction Dr. Kyriacos Mitrophanous continues to hold 147,476 options over ordinary shares.
