PDMR Dealings

 

Oxford, UK - 14 October 2022: Oxford Biomedica plc ("Oxford Biomedica" or "the
Company") (LSE:OXB), a leading gene and cell therapy group, was informed
today, that Dr. James Miskin, Chief Technical Officer, exercised 19,540 LTIP
(2017), 7,357 LTIP (2018) and 14,192 (2019) options at nil cost on 13 October
2022. All of the resulting 41,089 ordinary shares were sold at 320p per share
on 13 October 2022. Following this transaction Dr. James Miskin holds options
over 140,268 ordinary shares.

 

The below notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU
Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail of the number of ordinary shares
