6 October 2023 - Oxford BioDynamics Plc (AIM: OBD) announces that it has
received notice that Vulpes Life Sciences Fund, which is controlled by
Non-Executive Director, Stephen Diggle, has sold 115,000 Ordinary Shares of 1
pence each ("shares") at an average price of 45.2p.

 

Following this transaction, through the holdings of Vulpes Life Sciences Fund
and Vulpes Testudo Fund, Stephen Diggle is interested in a total of
28,333,756 shares, representing approximately 14.01% of the Company's current
issued share capital.
