21 December 2023 - Oxford BioDynamics Plc (AIM: OBD, the Company), a
biotechnology company developing precision medicine tests based on the
EpiSwitch® 3D genomics platform expects to announce its results for the year
ended 30 September 2023 on Wednesday 17 January 2024.

Following release of the results, the Company's management team will conduct a
live presentation via the Yellowstone Advisory webinar platform to investors,
at 3pm GMT on Wednesday 17 January 2024.

The online presentation is open to both existing and potential shareholders.
