The Board of Oxford Cannabinoid Technologies Holdings plc (LSE:OCTP) refers to
its announcements of 8, 17 and 31 May 2024.

Cancellation of the listing of the Company's ordinary shares on the Standard
Segment of the FCA's Official List will become effective from 08.00 a.m.
today.
