** Shares of clothing company Oxford Industries OXM.N fall 12.3% to $54.88 premarket

** Co late on Thursday forecast 2025 adj. profit in the range of  $4.60/share to $5/share; analysts on average expect 2025 profit of $6.59/share, as per data compiled by LSEG

** OXM expects Q1 net sales between $375 million and $395 million, lower than analysts' estimate of $401.2 million

** Up to last close, OXM stock down 44.4% in the past 12 months
