NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS' DEALINGS

Oxford Instruments plc (the "Company") announces that the following director's
dealings took place:

On 23 June 2015, the following connected person acquired ordinary shares of 5p
each in the Company upon the exercise of options granted under the Oxford
Instruments 2011 Executive Share Option Scheme "ESOS". To meet the tax
liability, a number of shares were then sold in the market at a price of £10.31
as follows:-
