Oxford Metrics plc (AIM:OMG), the international software company servicing government, life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2020 has been posted to shareholders and is available on the Group's website.
 
The Group's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 18 February 2021 behind closed doors, in order to protect the health and the safety of employees and shareholders. Full details of the AGM are available in the Annual Report and on the Group's website oxfordmetrics.com.
