Appointment of Non-Executive Chair
Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the sensing and software company, providing
solutions across life sciences, entertainment, engineering and smart
manufacturing, is pleased to announce that Gary Bullard has been appointed as
Non-Executive Chair of the Board with immediate effect, succeeding Roger Parry
CBE. To ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities Roger will remain as a
Non-Executive Director of the Company until the end of November 2025.
Gary is currently Non-Executive Chair of Gooch & Housego plc, a global
photonics and advanced materials company, and AFC Energy plc, a developer of
hydrogen fuel cells and ammonia crackers for zero-emission power generation,
both of which are listed on AIM. He was also a Non-Executive Director and
Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Spirent Communications plc until its
acquisition by Keysight Technologies Inc in October 2025.
Gary brings extensive non-executive experience to the role, having been a
director of Rotork plc from 2010 to 2019 and Chloride Group plc from 2005
until its acquisition by Emerson Electric in 2010.
Gary spent a large part of his career in global roles at IBM Corporation, and
has held senior executive positions at BT Group plc (as President of BT Global
Services and as UK Managing Director) and Logica plc (as UK CEO).

In accordance with schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Gary Bruce
Bullard, aged 68, holds or has held in the past five years the following

Gary Bullard was appointed Director and Chairman of Recycling Technologies
Group Plc and Director of Recycling Technologies Ltd on 12 November 2021 and 9
May 2022 respectively. On 6 October 2022, both companies entered
administration. Gary Bullard ceased to be a director of both entities on 2
February 2023 and the entities were thereafter dissolved on 4 January 2024,
following liquidation. There were no funds paid to unsecured or secured
creditors.
At the date of this announcement, Mr Bullard holds 62,884 Ordinary Shares in
the Company.
Mr Bullard has confirmed that no other information is required to be disclosed
for the purposes of Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
