Confirmation of CEO Appointment

 

Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the smart sensing software company, servicing
life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, today announces that
Imogen Moorhouse has assumed the role of CEO of Oxford Metrics plc and has
been appointed as a Board Director with effect from 1 October 2023.

 

Imogen's appointment as CEO and to the Board of Directors follows the
Company's CEO succession announcement on 10 July 2023

Bolton has resigned as a Director and CEO of Oxford Metrics as of 30 September
2023.

 

Roger Parry, Chairman of Oxford Metrics, said: "Following a thorough and
orderly transition process, the Board is delighted to welcome Imogen into her
new and broader role at Oxford Metrics. With a 22-year tenure at Vicon, the
last 11 years as Vicon CEO, we are very fortunate to have a natural successor.
Imogen has been integral to strategic initiatives and growth to date, and we
look forward to supporting her as she leads and scales the business towards
its five-year plan for growth."
