Grant of LTIP Awards

 

Oxford Metrics plc (AIM:OMG), the smart sensing and software company servicing
life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that on 31(st)
October 2024, it granted share options ("Options") to Zoe Fox, CFO, to acquire
a total of 545,000 ordinary shares in the Company under the Oxford Metrics
Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").  The Options are subject to achievement of
performance conditions which are aligned with the delivery of the Company's
five-year growth strategy, consistent with the previous awards to the other
executive Directors of the Company under the LTIP.
