Responsibilities

 

Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the smart sensing and measurement technology
group, servicing life sciences, entertainment and engineering, was notified on
9 December 2025 that Ms Naomi Climer, Senior Independent Non-Executive
Director, has purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the
Company (the Shares), at an average price of 43 pence per Share.

 

As a result of the above trade, Ms Climer now holds 25,114 Shares in the
Company, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued share
capital.
