PDMR Shareholding and Director Dealing

Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the smart sensing software company, servicing
life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, has been notified on 13
February 2023 that certain Directors collectively disposed of 2,900,000 shares
at 110p per share for personal financial and estate planning purposes and
following strong institutional demand.

Nicholas Bolton, 54, Chief Executive Officer, has sold 600,000 Ordinary Shares
at a price of 110 pence each, representing 0.46% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital. Following the sale, Bolton now holds 2,470,563 shares,
representing 1.90% of the Company's current total issued share capital and
total voting rights, and a further 903,506 performance-based options.

David Deacon, 62, Chief Financial Officer, has sold 1,300,000 Ordinary Shares
at a price of 110 pence each, representing 1.00% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital. After the sale, Deacon now holds 267,795 shares,
representing 0.21% of the Company's current total issued share capital and
total voting rights, and a further 492,774 performance-based options.

Cathy Robertson, 65, Company Secretary, (and Person Closely Associated) has
sold 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 110 pence each, representing
0.77% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. After the sale,
Robertson now holds 603,017 shares, representing 0.46% of the Company's
current total issued share capital and total voting rights, and a further
398,567 performance-based options.
