PDMR Shareholding, Issue of Ordinary Shares & Total Voting Rights

 

Oxford Metrics plc (AIM:OMG), the smart sensing software company servicing
life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that it has
issued 27,624 Ordinary Shares to its Non-Executive Chairman, Roger Parry, in
satisfaction of salary.

 

When Roger Parry joined Oxford Metrics as Non-Executive Chairman of the
Company on 29 June 2016 he agreed to receive 35.2 per cent of his annual fee
in share based payments, reflecting Roger's belief in the Oxford Metrics
vision. The number of shares issued is calculated based on the closing
mid-market price of 90.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 5 December 2022.

 

Following this transaction, Roger's total shareholding in the Company will be
333,045 Ordinary Shares representing 0.256% of the Company's total issued
share capital and total voting rights.

 

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of 27,624
Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that
Admission will take place and that trading will commence on AIM on 12 December
2022.

 

Total Voting Rights

 

Following Admission, the Company will have 129,795,276 Ordinary Shares in
issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company has no
Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the
Company following Admission will therefore be 129,795,276.
