PDMR Shareholding, Issue of Ordinary Shares & Total Voting Rights

 

Oxford Metrics plc (AIM: OMG), the smart sensing software company, servicing
life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that on 16
June 2023, Rachel Hudson, PDMR, sold 10,000 ordinary shares at an average
price of 109.12 pence per share.

 

The Company also announces that on 19 June 2023, Rachel Hudson, exercised a
total of 11,000 options over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Company's share option schemes.

 

Pursuant to the exercise of these share options, the Company confirms that
application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of
11,000 Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected
to take place at 8.00am on 23 June 2023.

 

Following the sale and options exercise, Rachel Hudson will have a beneficial
interest in 67,733 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately
0.05 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.

 

Total Voting Rights

 

Following Admission, the Company will have 130,420,276 Ordinary Shares in
issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company has no
Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the
Company following Admission will therefore be 130,420,276.
