Result of Annual General Meeting

Oxford Metrics plc (AIM: OMG), the smart sensing and software company
servicing life sciences, entertainment, engineering and smart manufacturing
markets is pleased to announce that at today's Annual General Meeting, all
tabled resolutions were duly passed. This included the approval of the
Company's dividend of 3.25 pence per share which will be paid on Friday 27
March 2026 to all shareholders on the register at Monday 23 February 2026.
