Vesting of DBP awards; Director/PDMR Notification

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

The Company announces the following transactions in connection with certain of its employee share plans.

Vesting of 2024 and 2025 Deferred Bonus Plan 2021 ("DBP") awards

On 11 April 2026, 50% of the DBP awards made to Nicholas Keher, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), in 2024 and 2025 vested and the awards were satisfied through the issue of new ordinary shares of £0.0001 each ("Shares") on 14 April 2026 as follows:

Nicholas Keher then sold sufficient Shares to meet his tax liabilities in respect of the vesting of his award.
