** Novo Holdings sells 49 million Oxford Nanopore shares for £74 million ($100.15 million), representing roughly 5% of the company's share capital
** The shares are priced at 152 pence each, representing a 12.3% discount to Oxford Nanopore's previous close
** Including session's losses, ONT up 25% YTD
