Oxford Technology 2 VCT PLC (LSE: OXH) announces that on 17 August 2015 Richard Roth, Chairman of the Company, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 20.5p per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Richard is beneficially interested in 58,901 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.87 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
