Singapore's Oxley Holdings hits over 5-month high on takeover interest in unit

** Shares of Oxley Holdings Ltd  OXHL.SI  rise as much as
4.6 pct to S$0.345, their highest since Oct. 9, 2018 
    ** The property development firm's unit Oxley Beryl Pte Ltd
accepts an expression of interest from a U.S.-based real estate
fund for its takeover at S$1.03 bln ($759.70 mln)  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN2110BA
    ** Oxley Beryl owns the property Chevron House, an office
tower in Singapore's financial district
    ** More than 8.3 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of about 3 mln 
    ** As of last close, stock has risen about 14 pct this year
