SUPPLEMENT NUMBER 1 DATED 20 FEBRUARY 2020 TO THE LISTING PARTICULARS DATED 4 JULY 2019

This supplement (the "Supplement") is supplemental to, forms part of and must be read and construed in conjunction with, the listing particulars dated 4 July 2019 (the "Listing Particulars") prepared by PACCAR Financial Europe B.V. (the "Issuer") and PACCAR Inc ("PACCAR") in connection with the debt issuance programme (the "Programme") for the issuance of up to €2,500,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of notes ("Notes"). The Notes are not guaranteed by PACCAR but the Issuer has the benefit of a keep well agreement between the Issuer and PACCAR. 
Terms given a defined meaning in the Listing Particulars shall, unless the context otherwise requires, have the same meaning when used in this Supplement.
This Supplement constitutes supplementary listing particulars for the purposes of  Section 81 of FSMA, as such provision stood immediately prior to 21 July 2019. The Listing Particulars and this Supplement have been approved for the purpose of giving information with regard to the issue of Notes under the Programme. Such Notes are to be admitted to listing on the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Professional Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange plc. The Professional Securities Market is not a regulated market for the purposes of MiFID II. The purpose of this Supplement is to incorporate by reference certain information from PACCAR's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2019.
