** Pace Digitek PACD.NS rises 1.4% to 222 rupees in debut trade, valuing co at 47.92 bln rupees (~$540 mln)

** Stock opened at 225 rupees, 2.7% above IPO price of 219 rupees

** Telecom infra solution provider's 8.19 bln-rupee IPO, comprising entirely fresh shares, subscribed 1.59x

** Trading vols at 27 mln shares

** Proceeds will be used to fund capital expenditure, other corporate purposes
