July 26 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on
Wednesday:

    ** PacWest Bancorp's  PACW.O  shares rose nearly 38% in
premarket trading, a day after smaller rival Banc of California
 BANC.N  agreed to buy the lender for $1.1 billion  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL4N39C27S
    
    ** Australia's Pacific Current Group  PAC.AX  received a
non-binding buyout proposal from Regal Partners Ltd  RPL.AX ,
which values the asset manager at A$573.5 million ($388.1

    ** Spanish utility Iberdrola  IBE.MC  has sold a 49% stake
in its 476 megawatt (MW) offshore wind farm in German waters in
the Baltic Sea to Abu Dhabi's Masdar for about 375 million euros

    ** Qatar's sovereign wealth fund is in talks to buy a
minority stake in the retail arm of Indian billionaire Mukesh
Ambani-led conglomerate Reliance Industries  RELI.NS  , the

    ** Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), Qatar's sovereign
wealth fund, is in talks to buy a stake in Indian billionaire
Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Retail Ventures, the Financial Times
reported , citing three people with knowledge of the
