Australia's Pacific Nickel gains on export permit at Solomon Islands project

** Shares of Australia's Pacific Nickel Mines  PNM.AX  rise
as much as 21.2% to A$0.08, set for best day since Feb 1, if
gains hold
    ** The nickel explorer says it has been granted approval for
issue of an export permit for its Kolosori Nickel Project in
Solomon Islands
    ** Co says the three-year permit would allow co to sell and
export nickel ore produced from the project
    ** Pacific Nickel at its highest level since Feb 3
    ** Stock down 20.5% this year, as of last close
