$19.15; stock hit nearly 3-month high in midday trading
    ** Biotech firm to replace Opus Bank  OPB.O  in S&P SmallCap
600 index  .SPCY  before open of trading on Mon, June 1

to open on Mon
    ** ESNT to replace oilfield services co Patterson-UTI Energy
Inc  PTEN.O , which is moving to S&P SmallCap index; PTEN, in
turn, will replace O&G producer Noble Corporation  NE.N 
    ** With moves on Weds, CHRS up ~6% YTD while ESNT has fallen
~29%
