Brief: Pacific Radiance says unit entered into joint venture agreement

April 28 (Reuters) - Pacific Radiance Ltd  PACI.SI : 
 
 * Unit entered into a joint venture agreement with Ar-Barakah Sdn Bhd 
 * Consequent to the above, the equity interest of alstonia in pcb shall be 
diluted from 90% to 50% 
 * Says aforesaid transactions will be funded through internal resources 
 * Jv agreement not expected to have any material impact on company's EPS for 
the current financial year
