Nov 16 (Reuters) - Pacific Radiance Ltd  PACI.SI : 
 
 * Unit has on 16 November 2015 entered into a joint venture agreement with Duta  Marine Sdn Bhd 
 * Says investment in the JV company was funded through internal resources 
 * JV to subscribe for shares in duta maritime ventures sdn bhd 
 * Ao and DM shall respectively hold 49% and 51% equity interest in the JV company. 
 * Says jv not expected to have any material impact on co nta and EPS of the company for the current financial year
