 * Additional investment in strato maritime services pte. ltd.) 
 * Subscription shall be funded through internal resources 
 * Following the subscription, the company now holds 10 million ordinary shares 
   in strato. 
 * Subscription not expected to have any material impact earnings per share of 
   the company for the current financial year 
 * Co has subscribed for additional 9.9 million ordinary shares for total consideration of s$9.9 million in the capital of strato maritime services
