Australian takeover target Pacific Smiles jumps as Genesis raises bid

** Shares of Australia's Pacific Smiles Group  PSQ.AX  rise
as much as 3.17% to A$1.95, highest since early August
    ** Dental chain says private equity firm Genesis Capital has
sweetened its buyout offer to A$316.4 mln ($208.48 mln) 
    ** Genesis raised its all-cash offer to A$1.9825 per share
from A$1.90 a piece announced in September, among other options
    ** One of three analysts rate the stock "buy" or higher, and
the rest rate "hold", their median PT is A$2.7 – LSEG data 
    ** Stock had risen 29.45% this year, as of last close
