July 1 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Tuesday:

** Packaging Corp of America  said it will buy the containerboard business of peer Greif  for $1.8 billion, aimed to increase its capacity for the material commonly used to ship consumer goods and industrial products.nL4N3SY0T6

** RedBird Capital Partners-backed Bishop Street Underwriters has acquired Ohio-based Aerospace Insurance Managers from Hallmark Financial. nL6N3SY0LR

** Grammarly has acquired email efficiency tool Superhuman as part of the company's push to build an artificial intelligence-powered productivity suite and diversify its business, its executives told Reuters in an interview. nL6N3SY067

** Smythson of Bond Street, the British luxury leather goods and stationery brand, has been bought by Iconic BrandCo, a company controlled by Oakley Capital which invests in heritage brands, the private equity firm said.nL8N3SY0JQ

** BMS Group announced it has completed the acquisition of Queensland-based Corporate and Commercial Insurance Brokers.nL6N3SY0FG

** Italy's Leonardo  will buy a 24.55% stake in Finland's SSH , making it the latter's biggest shareholder as it expands its cyber security business with this new strategic partnership, the companies announced.nL6N3SY0CM

** A company controlled by private equity firm Advent International has offered an about 3.5% stake in parcel locker firm InPost  to institutional investors, a bookrunner said.nL8N3SY07I

** Italian asset manager Banca Mediolanum  said on Monday has completed the sale of its entire 3.5% stake in merchant bank Mediobanca  for about 548.4 million euros ($646.2 million).nL8N3SX1CL
