** PKG sees Q2 profit of $2.41 per share, below analysts' estimate of $2.61 per share, according to data compiled by LSEG

** "We anticipate continued ambiguity relative to domestic and foreign tariff actions and their effect on global trade and our demand trends" - CEO  Mark Kowlzan

** Posts Q1 net sales of $2.14 billion, beating estimate of $2.11 billion

** Up to last close, PKG down 17.2% YTD
