2025 Annual and 2026 Interim Accounts Timetable

Further to the Company's announcement on 28 November 2025, PACSCo Limited
provides the following update on its 2025 Annual Accounts and its 2026
unaudited Interim Accounts.

As shareholders are aware, due to the delay in publishing the 2025 Annual
Accounts, dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares have been suspended from
trading on AIM.

It is currently anticipated that the 2025 Annual Accounts and the 2026
unaudited Interim Accounts, for the periods ending 31 March 2025 and 30
September 2025, respectively, will both be finalised and published in in the
course of January 2026, which will enable an application to be made for the
ongoing trading suspension to be lifted.

Update on Mozambique Asset Disposal

The Company is pleased to announce that it has received the approval for the
disposal of the Mozambique Agricultural Businesses from the Mozambique
Competition Regulatory Authority. The Company is working with the Bank of
Mozambique to obtain the necessary regulatory approval.
