PACSCo Limited, the AIM-quoted African agricultural company, advises that its
Notice of Annual General Meeting is now available on the Company's website
at www.agriterra-ltd.com (http://www.agriterra-ltd.com)  and will be posted
to shareholders shortly along with a copy of the Company's Annual Report and
Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025.

 

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Wednesday, 4
March 2026 at 12.30pm at Strand Hanson, 26 Mount Row, London, W1K 3SQ. The
results of the AGM will be announced shortly after its conclusion.
