U.S. stock index futures were flat on Wednesday as investors focused on the
minutes of the Federal Reserve's November meeting for a clearer picture of its
monetary tightening policy.  .N 
    At 7:35 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.07% at 34,149. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.15% at 4,016.25, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were
up 0.25% at 11,784.
