Notification of Interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
The Company has been notified of the exercise of share options and subsequent sale of shares by Steve Ingham, a Director of the Company, as detailed below. 
An award of share options over 50,000 Ordinary shares in the Company were granted to Mr Ingham under The Michael Page Executive Share Option Scheme in February 2005. The options vested on 28 February 2008 and would have lapsed if not exercised by 28 February 2015. As the Company will enter a close period at the close of business on 31 December 2014, Mr Ingham, therefore, exercised the options before they lapsed. Sufficient Ordinary shares were sold to cover the cost of exercising the options and the tax liability arising on exercise. The remaining shares have been retained.
