Michael Page International plc (the "Company")
The Company announces that it has issued 174,600 new Ordinary shares of 1p each following the exercise of options under The Michael Page Executive Share Option Scheme (2001) and The Michael Page International plc 2010 Executive Share Option Scheme. The new Ordinary shares will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary shares in the Company. 
Following the exercise of options noted above the Company's share capital now comprises 321,900,790Ordinary shares of 1p each, all of which carry voting rights. There are no Ordinary shares held in treasury.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 321,900,790and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
